Blog Post Title One

With this course, I hope to invite and facilitate a furthered shift towards an earth-centered consciousness, towards a more pronounced felt-sense of connection and belonging to the greater ‘family of things’.

Inspired by a recent move to more rural village life and by graduate studies in consciousness and transformation, my hope with this course is to foster a space in which to engage with one another and other-than-human others through experiential and contemplative practices, readings, poetry, film and the expressive arts and that through these, we enter into even closer felt-sense of kinship with all our relations.

Drawing on readings, poetry, imagery, and our own experiences, from plural points of view: modern science, the arts, contemplative & religious studies, Indigenous and animist views, stimulating conversation, articulation, and felt-experience of our intimate relationship to all of life.

Meetings will be 1.75 to 2 hours per week with experiential practices and readings amounting to around 1- 1.5 hours per week. The expressive arts components are meant to be soul-based expressions and avenues of connection with nature requiring no artistic skill. Only simple materials you will already have on hand are needed, as simple as paper and pen- what you use is up to whatever feels appropriate to you. These exercises are meant to invite your own felt-experience through the somatic, imaginal, and intuitive ways of knowing and are not about artistic skill.

I encourage you to connect with me directly with any questions
